During the workshop you'll learn the following main features:

  • What is essential for your physical and mental health;
  • Which foods make you feel fit and which foods are a drain on your vitality;
  • What about carbohydrates, proteins and fats;
  • Whether you should take food supplements and other pills;
  • What you can do to improve your lifestyle and how you can maintain it.

In this interactive follow-up meeting, we will go deeper into these topics, based on your story. This together with other participants in a small, safe group of no more than 8 people.

We inform you about accessible ways to work on a healthy diet and lifestyle that really suits you.

After this meeting, you can start working with this in your daily reality. You will know what a healthy diet and lifestyle look like for you. You now know the ways to increase your resistance and vitality. You also know how to prevent relapse into old habits.
