Brain Pirates meet regularly. Please feel free to join us. During the 'Parley' sessions, you may bring forth a personal challenge and we will work on it.

It always leads to enlightening insights and aha-moments. Whether you want to get rid of a bad habit, suffer from procrastination, want to quit smoking, have trouble saying no, can't get out of a dilemma, just want to explore something in-depth or tell a compelling story, the Brain pirates facilitate the process.

What happens at the pirates, stays with the pirates!

Do you find the permanent docks (Overmere and Oosterzele) of the Brain Pirate ship a bit too far? Then gather friends, acquaintances, family, colleagues and strangers together and bring them to a spot near you. The Brain Pirates will gladly sail right up to you. You can do that for an introductory session but also for complete programs and workshops.

The Brain Pirates evenings are a useful and interesting tastemaker.

Profile
As a personal efficiency trainer and coach, Koen supports executives and employees to achieve desired outcomes. The best time to change is NOW. However, it is not always that simple to take the bull by the horns. That is why Koen will work with you. Both as trainer and coach Koen holds up a mirror to people so that they become aware of their own organizational blindness. This in the context of the individual, a team or a company.

For each individual, with an eye for everyone's authenticity and with a long-term view Koen coaches people in their change process.

As a certified NLP trainer, coach and facilitator, Steff Vanhaverbeke guides people and teams to make them work together more effectively. Steff started his first business in 1993. He built up extensive experience in the marketing and communication sector and founded the training and consulting company ubeon in 2004.

He has been providing training in communication since 1997. His extensive experience as a trainer, coach and facilitator is reflected in a great flexibility towards working methods.

As a certified NLP trainer, Steff combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with systems theory. By applying these principles and techniques, a new space is created where ideas, trust, cooperation and a shared vision emerge spontaneously. This 'generative field' has a stimulating and motivating effect on each individual participant and the whole. Problems become options. Options become opportunities for personal and professional development and growth.

Since 2010 Steff focuses on coaching people and teams in medium and large organizations so that they are also able to work together in a sustainable way.

Flexible program

This NLP Master Practitioner consists of 24 half-day sessions. These sessions are flexibly scheduled as half-days, evenings and/or full days. Scheduling is done flexibly, in mutual agreement between participants and trainers.

Module 1 – Leader Coach

One of the key principles is that you can adopt and integrate the practices of successful people. This module introduces you to the principles and methods of leadership and coaching.

Module 2 - Personal Mastery & Generative Fields

In this module, you will integrate NLP skills on all levels. At the same time, you will learn systemic and generative techniques to support yourself and others in their own personal development.

Module 3 - Belief Change

We like to hold on to our beliefs. Whether they are limiting or not. Here you will learn very effective techniques to change them. Change a-head!

Module 4 - Cultural Change

Culture Change. We often hear the term when something is changing in the organization. But how exactly do you approach cultural change? Here you will learn how to use a rich and particularly effective toolset to move the culture in an organization in the desired direction.

Module 5 - Storytelling

Those who can inspire and motivate people, get results. Stories can help you do that. They are powerful, natural tools that we have used for centuries to pass on knowledge and teach behavior.

Module 6 - Integration

In this Masterclass, you will present your own case. In doing so, you will integrate all your insights and NLP skills!

Module 1: Awareness of yourself and others


Discover with NLP how people think.
Learn to calibrate cognitive patterns and preferences based on verbal and nonverbal cues.
Learn techniques to tune into these preferences and build rapport.
Improve the quality of your perceptions.
Discover particularly effective and empowering principles for communication, decision-making, goals, and interactions with other people.
Integrate your abilities to think, feel and act.
Ensure alignment at all logical levels: environment, behavior, competencies, values, beliefs, identity and meaning.


Module 2: Emotional intelligence


Learn to empathize with various perceptual positions.
Consciously take mental and emotional distance from difficult or traumatic experiences.
Discover the power of mental, emotional '' and learn how to influence it.
Develop yourself powerful mental and emotional '' for, presence and charisma.
Build-in emotional triggers using anchoring and other conditioning techniques.
Connect and deepen and integrate them through S.C.O.R.E. conversation and coaching techniques.
